I have been going to this office for years, and after today’s experience, I feel compelled to speak up. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an employee at this office. I went in today to speak with Mrs. Shawna Lenard. From the moment she called me in, her attitude and tone made it clear that she did not want to be there. She was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. She did not take the time to properly explain anything, spoke in circles, and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience simply for being there. What was most disappointing is that I never even had the opportunity to finish explaining why I came in. I ultimately asked for my documents and left because I was not willing to continue being treated with such disrespect. I even found myself apologizing to the front desk employee for the way the interaction was handled. I work with people every day, and I understand that everyone has bad days. However, being in a bad mood is never an excuse to take your frustration out on the people you are there to serve. If I treated customers the way I was treated today, I would absolutely expect my employer to hold me accountable.

The highest praise for this company. They are truly a godsend. Thank you so much for helping my family and listening and understanding, taking a deeper look when we were getting the brush off by others. The lady’s there are some of the most compassionate people and truly caring. They have helped me more than they know.. thanks again for what you do in this community,
